Keeping Our Bulldogs Healthy & Ready to Learn!

We believe that taking care of our students means taking care of the whole child. That’s why we are proud to partner with Northeast Missouri Health Council to bring mobile dental services directly to our school! Contact Nurse Carol with questions and be on the lookout for information being sent home.

Last year, the mobile dental program served 20 La Plata students through 40 appointments, providing: 36 dental exams, 141 X-rays, 33 cleanings, 34 fluoride treatments, 35 sealants, 22 fillings, 33 completed treatment plans

This is what it looks like when a school and community partner work together!

We are proud to offer these services right here at La Plata R-II School District and look forward to continuing this important partnership!

We are so thankful for Cordel, Tim, Harold, and David! They do an amazing job. Help us celebrate them today for National Custodian's Day!
